Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use KDDrop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. You must notify us promptly at support@kddrop.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

KDDrop is a software-as-a-service platform for dropshipping operators. Features may include AI-assisted product copy and imagery, country-aware pricing tools, product catalog management, subscription billing, Meta/Facebook Ads campaign tools, and integrations with third-party services such as Chatea Pro.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to the disclaimers in Section 10.

KDDrop offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Pro plans may include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically when the trial period expires.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal available from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law. Failed payments may result in downgrade or suspension of paid features.

AI credits and usage limits apply according to your plan. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Prepaid credit packs expire 365 days after purchase unless we state otherwise in the product.

You agree to use KDDrop only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer protection, and intellectual property regulations in the countries where you operate.

You may not use the Service to generate or distribute illegal, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; to impersonate others; to scrape or reverse engineer the platform; to circumvent rate limits or security controls; or to resell access without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for the products you sell, the claims you make in advertising, compliance with Meta/Facebook and other platform policies, and fulfillment of orders to your customers.

You retain ownership of the product information, prompts, uploads, and other materials you submit to KDDrop (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

AI-generated text, images, pricing suggestions, and campaign recommendations are provided as tools to assist your business. They may contain errors, outdated information, or content that requires human review. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, legality, and suitability before publishing or selling.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be unique, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular market. You must not represent AI-generated marketing claims as guaranteed facts unless you have independently verified them.

KDDrop integrates with third-party providers including Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI, fal.ai, Meta/Facebook, and others. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

When you connect Meta Ads or other integrations, you authorize KDDrop to access and use the credentials and data needed to perform the actions you request. You can revoke access at any time through KDDrop or the third-party platform.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or data handling by third-party platforms.

KDDrop, its branding, software, design, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or underlying technology except the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

If you believe content on KDDrop infringes your rights, contact support@kddrop.app with sufficient detail for us to investigate.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Service and stored credentials. You agree not to attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems except with our prior written consent.

You must keep API keys, integration tokens, and account credentials secure and must not share them with unauthorized parties.

You may stop using KDDrop at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support@kddrop.app.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued provision of the Service becomes impractical or unlawful.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions) will remain in effect.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL GENERATE SALES, PROFITS, OR ADVERTISING PERFORMANCE. DROPSHIPPING AND PAID ADVERTISING INVOLVE BUSINESS RISK; RESULTS VARY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KDDROP AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KDDROP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KDDrop and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your products or advertising, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@kddrop.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated through the Service or by email.

Continued use of KDDrop after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
